If anyone has been watching my cam on AWC, you could tell by now that the weather here in Washington state has been completely crazy. At my house I ended up getting 7 inches of snow halting my normal business routing and keeping me here.

I decided the best way to showcase this by broadcasting it on AWC.

The new year has come and with it, its time to make those lovely new years resolutions. For those of you who made them last night and are actually sticking to them: I salute you!

Here are my resolutions:

1. Quit smoking
2. Update my blog daily
3. Post pics to website more regularly
4. Be successful at real estate
5. Completely remodel my house from top to bottom
6. Make sure I stick to my resolutions :)

Its been a long time...

Its been tooooooo long since I have updated this blog. To recap the last couple of months: I passed my real estate exam and started my new career. Been working dilligently and its starting to pay off. 2004 should be a good year. I turned 27 on November 30th. Not much to be impressed about there. For the Christmas holidays, I was kidnapped by my husband's family to spend time down in Phoenix. OH NO! I had to endure 70 degree temperatures, being surrounded by people I love and who love me back, and got to eat all the Mexican food my stomach could handle. In a word: fabulous! That about catches you up on what I have been up to. Currently, I am getting back to playing EverQuest so.... if you play on the Xegony server and you see someone in game by the name of... you guessed it, Graecie Aldurvale, send me a tell to say "hi!". When I am not busy with EQ, work, or Anywebcam, I have been making my new year's resolutions. Come December 31st, I will be posting them but I can tell you this, my first resolution is to update my blog daily and to post new pics in the gallery section every week. Hopefully life is finding you happy, healthy, and wise. May your new year's eve be safe and the year of 2004 the best year yet!!! Love and hugs, G xxxx

Eve of the the Big Test

Its the eve before my test and I am freaking out. I feel like I haven't studied enough, my mind feels like its about to explode, and my nerves are shot. My stomach has 1000 butterflies fluttering about and I am not sure if I can sleep or not.

This test, if I pass, will get me started on my BIG career move.

Not much that I can do but try and relax and kick ass on the test in the morning.

Will let everyone know how I did on the test tomorrow.

As I write this, its cold and dark outside. Rain is misting over the windows and my lawn. Rather depressing...NOT! All summer long we have had NO rain and this change in the weather I have been looking forward to since July. Finally I have a good excuse to put my favorite outfit on (jeans and a sweater or a sweatshirt). I can pull my hair up in a pony tail, grab a good book, make a pot of coffee and settle in to read and listen to the rain.

In addition to the weather turning, my site has gotten a complete overhaul. All of the same content is there but has been jazzed up by a good friend of mine, DaveyD69, from AWC. He is a godsend, an incredible webmaster, and kick ass friend to boot! D, thank you again for everything you do! You put a smile on my face and make me laugh daily, if not hourly! MrsDaveyD, you have one hell of a man there!!!

September Has Arrived

I can not believe that it is September already. Another summer has passed with out much incident and I feel like that it was wasted for me. I should have been outside more walking the dogs, going on long weekends up to the mountains or the coast, or just soaking up the sunshine in my backyard. Every September I promise myself that next year's summer will be better. I will get out and do more things, revel in nature, and escape my house on the weekends.

One of these years, I will actually stick to my goals and get out there and do something during the summer.

For now, I will set my sights on December. Wish me luck!

Summer Cleaning (Otherwise known as throw all the crap out of my house I no longer need)

Ahh, cleaning the house... something I detest with a passion. I have never been a good housekeeper. Since I was little girl, I would put off cleaning until the last possible second always chosing to find something else more fun to do. Now that I have somewhat grown up, I have not disciplined myself enough to really clean like I should.

But today, I am turning a new leaf. I have ordered a rather dumpster and am systematically going thru every single room of my house. I am getting rid of items that I no longer have a use for or no longer need. I am also getting rid of items that I have not seen or looked at or displayed in over 2 years... this will be the entire contents of my garage minus all the sentimental things.

I was supposed to go to my cabin this weekend but my guilty conscience kicked in and I find myself packing crap out of the kitchen to go into the dumpster. In addition, I was supposed to work on my real estate training but I found the site is closed until Tuesday so there go my hopes of studying and cleaning... looks like I will be headed up to the cabin tomorrow. :)
